Detailed description:
Working in collaboration with the Finance Team members as well as with the Business Units, the Coordinator – Financial Analysis and Budget has for objective to contribute significantly to the achievement of the targets and the improvement of the financial situation of the Createch Group.
The Coordinator – Financial Analysis and Budget holds the following responsibilities :
• Perform deep analysis of the enterprise financial results; • Prepare and coordinate the distribution of financial reports to the managers and the members of the board of directors; • Elaborate appropriate performance indicators and follow-up; • Perform complex analysis, interpret results and suggest concrete actions to improve profitability and create value; • Coordinate budget planning process; • Supervise one financial analyst; • Contribute to the continued improvement of the company’s processes and the optimization of computer tools; • Actively participate in various special projects.
Essential skills/competencies:
• University Diploma in Accounting or Finance; • Holds a professional title (CA, CMA or CGA) or MBA; • Gained a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience with at least 2 in financial analysis positions; • Good analytical skills and strong judgment; • Able to work under pressure; • Initiative and self-sufficient; • Good management of priorities and respect of set deadlines; • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details; • Strong adaptability and synthesis skills; • Team spirit; • Masters Excel and Power Point; • Knowledge of GreatPlains, MS Access and Changepoint from Compuware are considered assets; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
