We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized candidate who shares our passion for working and helping others. This person will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including:
• Answering calls and e-mails from clients • Booking events with clients • Scheduling and confirming booked events • Accounts Receivable tasks (creating and sending sales orders, invoices, etc.) • Scheduling administrative meetings • Manage job postings and staff recruitment • Various other administrative tasks
Required Skills: • COMPLETELY bilingual (French/English) • Good time management • Very good organizational skills and ability to multi-task • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
