The ability to read and interpret blueprints and site drawings
Supervising, coordinating and scheduling workers on various sites providing the installation, maintenance, and repair of fencing, gates and related products
Establish methods to meet work schedules and production targets
Act as mediator on site and assist in resolving work problems
Requisition materials and supplies required for job sites
Provide training to installer crews for job duties, health & safety policies & procedures, and company policies.
Ensure site paperwork, including progress reports, health & safety documentation, site instructions, and other project administration documentation is completed and maintained
This position requires an in depth knowledge of fencing as well as the soft skills necessary to deal with employees and customers.
