Job Description:
• Take customers' orders
• Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
• Serve customers at counters
• Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs
• Portion and wrap foods
• Package takeout food
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars
• Keep records of the quantities of food used
• Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
• Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
• Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash
• Handle and store cleaning products
• Sharpen kitchen knives
• Sweep and mop floors
• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
• Load buspans and trays
• Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
• Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
• Scour pots and pans
Requirements:
-Education: some high school
-Experience: experience is an asset
-University of Subway diploma is an asset
-Handling heavy loads up to 9kg (20 lbs) is required
-Experience with a cash register is an asset
Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 hourly, 35 to 40 Hours per week

Important Information:
Flexibility in schedule is required. Shifts: 8-hour shifts that change every week; the shifts can be during the week or the week end, they can be between 5:00am and 1:00am (the opening hours of the restaurant).
