At Highwood Motel & Restaurant we are looking for the position of Restaurant Cook. The person would be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities:
Prepare and cook full course meals, Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods, Plan menus, Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions, Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerance, Estimate food requirements and costs, Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, Organize and manage buffets and banquets
