Our valued public sector client is in need of a Senior, Enhanced Reliability cleared, SAP Workflow consultant to maintain and enhance a Departmental Financial Management System in the public sector. The objective of this requirement is to maintain and enhance the client's implementation of the applications, information and technology infrastructure needed to support the management and administration of the Department. To this effect, support services are required to maintain and enhance the Departmental Financial Management System (DFMS), which is on the SAP software.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Review and enhance Workflow configuration in ECC 6.0 and HANA environments;
2. Conduct unit and integration testing of Workflow functionality;
3. Implementation and ongoing support of Workflow processes;
4. Optimize existing Workflow processes;
5. Design, develop and deliver detailed Functional/Technical Design documentation;
6. Design, develop and deliver documents detailing Workflow specifications;
7. Design, develop, test and document SAP Workflow solutions based on requirements;
8. Ensure the reusability of Workflow components whenever possible;
9. Provide training and guidance on the use of workflow components;
10. Define operational and maintenance procedures as they pertain to the workflow components;
11. Identify, document, configure, and integrate all workflow requirements;
12. Transfer functional and technical knowledge to the IRCC project team through information sessions, written instructions, and documents;
13. Assist with problem solving from an ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) perspective;
14. Work with the SAP Security and Authorization team to identify, create, or change user authorization roles;
15. Recommend appropriate changes to the existing architecture and provide alternative solutions, methodologies and strategies; and
16. Translate SAP functional and business requirements into technical requirements.
