Thai Express at Southgate has positions for Food Service Supervisor.
Salary: $15 / hour. Hours Per week: 40.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you are responsible for the following tasks:
-. Plan menu requirements based on franchise guideline
-. Plan and organize activities in regards to food and beverage service, customer service, etc.
-. Identify and co-ordinate training for workers in food and beverage servicing
-. Ensure work schedule meet restaurant operation requirement by having enough workers to provide services to customers
-. Estimate cost requirements for Thai food, ingredients and beverage
-. Order Thai food ingredients, beverage, equipment, and supplies that meet restaurant and franchise standards
-. Meet Health & Safety Regulation and restaurant standard by having food and beverage quality control in placed
-. Supervise Food & Beverage Service workers
-. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
-. Deal with customer complaints, suppliers issues, and franchisor concerns promptly and professionally
