Alamo & Sexsmith Hotel Bar in Sexsmith, Alberta is looking for a food service supervisor.
Requirements:
Over two years of experience in food service is required
Experience in supervisor position is an asset
Completion of secondary education is required
Wage: C$ 13.50 / hour
Working Hour: 35 hours working / week including 10 paid holidays per year
Job Duties:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of food service staff
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Estimate and order daily and weekly usage supplies
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Train sanitation and safety procedures to staff
- Supervise and check work performance of service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
