7. Ensure food storage conditions are adequate according to food safety requirements
8. May supervise other butchers, or meat cutters
9. Any other relevant task

McDonald’s Store Co (2001) Ltd. o/a McDonalds Family Foods , Located at 4420 Railway Ave, Vermillion, AB, T9X 1G1, requires 2 Specialty Butcher on full time and permanent basis for 40hours/day , wage rate $19.50, must have 1 to less than 2 year experience
Job duties are as following:
1. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat, poultry, fish and shellfish in a professional way for sale at self-serve counters or customized orders of customers.
2. Professionally grind meats and slice cooked meats using special powered grinders and slicing machines as per business requirements
3. Prepare special displays of meat, poultry, fish and shellfish in a professional way
4. Professionally shape, lace and tie roasts and other meats, poultry or fish
5. Wrap prepared meats, poultry, fish and shellfish as instructed
6. Manage inventory, keep records of sales and determine amount, product line and freshness of products according to company and customer requirements
