Specific Skills/Job Duties:
Manage staff and assign duties
Develop and implement marketing strategies
Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses and control cash
Determine staffing requirements
Plan, implement, and revisit depot operational procedure
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Review paper works, contracts and letters
Check payroll submission for accuracy
Train staff on operating procedures and safety protocols
Represent the company on meetings when required
Prepare and check procurement of supplies
Coordinate with organizations doing bottle drives
Might be required to perform the tasks of people being supervised when short of staff
Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people

Education:
Some high school (grade 10-12) or a combination of high school education and years of experience in bottle depot operation or similar industry
