Work Location: Projects will be mainly in Western Canada: Alberta, Saskatchewan & British Columbia
Type of Employment: Full time–Permanent
Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible

Job duties:
-Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
-Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
-Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
-Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
-Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
-Select trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities
-Oversee analysis of data and information
-Plan and manage budgets
-Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
-Develop and implement quality control programs
-Prepare reports
-Manage, train and assist new employees on the installation of a variety of different petroleum products

Requirements
-Education: A university degree in civil engineering OR a college diploma in construction technology is required
-Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the Commercial Petroleum Construction Industry including experience as a construction supervisor, project manager or field superintendent
-Canadian Petroleum Contractors Association PM1 & PM2 Petroleum Mechanic Certification is required

Requirements to work on Petroleum construction sites:
-CSTS Construction Safety Training
-Confined Space Entry Training
-WHMIS Training
-Petroleum Orientated Safety Training P.O.S.T

Requirements to work with Petroleum Products (the ones we work with):
-OPW Installer Certification
-OmegaFlex Installer Certification
-LCX & BRAVO Fibreglass Systems Installer Training
-Franklin Fuelling Systems APT XP Training
-U.P.P. Certified Installer


Salary: $42.00 to $44.00 Hourly, 44.00 Hours per week
