•oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
•establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed

Detailed description: 
General Description: We are seeking an experienced manager to oversee the day-to-day workings of a wilderness guest ranch and its staff. The manager is responsible for ensuring that all departments are running smoothly and that the guest experience is a positive one. Our ideal candidate will keep the big picture in mind, while also paying attention to the details. The manager is expected to set a positive example for staff and to promote a standard that reflects well on the company. Business and people management skills are equally important.

As manager at our ranch, you must be confident in your ability to adapt and guide our team in essential leadership principles. Salary to be negotiated, based on experience, training, and education.
