At BeAnywhere, we are committed to bring the best remote access and management experience to companies of all sizes. We focus on two solutions, BeAnywhere Support Express, one of the fastest, easiest remote support tools available and BeAnywhere inSight, a new-generation Remote Management and Monitoring tool which solves, with elegant simplicity, the everyday IT problems of MSP and companies around the world.
As a Technical Evangelist, you will interact with clients and prospects to educate them on BeAnywhere’s most powerfull features, and listen to them to help us continually improve both products. We are looking for an individual who loves traveling, meeting new people, and help others with creative solutions based on our platform. The ideal candidate has to be proficient in writing technical documentation and producing compelling presentations.
Responsibilities:
• Giving talks and demos in Fairs and Trade Shows, as well as Webinars or calls with individual companies;
• Writing tutorials about how to use different BeAnywhere’s technologies and functionalities;
• Creating "how-to" videos and other introduction videos;
• Test beta releases and specific set-ups to identify opportunities of enhancement and provide feedback to the Product Development team.

Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Experience with public speaking, specifically on technical topics;
• Experience demoing technical products in front of large audiences;
• Track record in writing technical documents and producing video tutorials;
• Ability to work from home.
