Job Descriptions:

*Prepare and cook complete Chinese cuisine meals or individual dishes;
*Ensure quality and taste of food to meet expectations;
*Determine size of food portion;
*Oversee daily kitchen operations;
*Supervise and train kitchen helpers;
*Plan menus and create new recipes;
*Monitor and order food stocks and kitchen suppliers;
*Inspect and keep kitchen and food service areas clean.
