Gulberg Tandoor and Donair and Gulberg Fine Cuisine Restaurant at ‘12578-72’ Ave and ‘15950 Fraser Hwy’ in Surrey requires Indian/Pakistani Ethnic and tandoori cooks to prepare Indian and Pakistani ethnic dishes.
Must have experience for more than 4 years as an Indian/pakistani ethnic and tandoori cook. Must be able to cook all kinds of ethnic dishes such as Karahi Chicken/Paneer, Navrattan Korma, Veg Kebab, Chicken Kebab, Butter Chicken, Daal Makhni, gravies etc. Must be able to work with minimum supervision. Duties would be to cook food and dishes as per order, supervise and direct kitchen helpers, help maintain inventory, keep the cooking area clean
A salary of $ 22.50/hr will be paid. Work will be minimum 40hrs /week. Overtime and other benefits will be given. Must be available at weekends and evenings.
