JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Make a positive first impression to guests, smile, eye contact, tone of voice and say Thank you . Take the order accurately and give the exact change. Respond to guests with appropriate sense of urgency.
*Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a friendly manner.
*Prepare food or drinks according to standards. Heat and finish simple food items,
*Communicate showcase needs and help merchandise product.
*Package take-out food,
*Inform managers or supervisors on running out stocks and equipment that are not working properly so that they can be addressed immediately
*Replenish stocks in the refrigerators, coffee displays and sandwich bar. Make sure everything is available during peak hours.
*Kitchen Skills: Clean and sanitize kitchen including work services, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment, refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.
*Remove garbage, sweep and mop the floors, wash dishes
*Bussing Skills: Clear and clean tables and trays and chairs,
*Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving area.
Handling weight up to 50lbs.
Essential Skills: Customer Service, Working Well with others. Create a positive experience for every Guest and Team Member while following all policies and procedures.
**Medical and Dental Available after 6 months of employment. Graveyard premium.
