• Coordinate activities in the restaurant including scheduling work, assigning tasks and directing work of restaurant servers
• Train staff, supervise and monitor their performances to ensure their behaviors comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safety procedures
• Maintain the safety and hygiene of kitchen and serving area, keep equipment and tools clean.
• Monitor the consumption of food ingredients and restaurant supplies, replenish stock in time.
• Identify issues of current restaurant operating procedures, establish new strategies to improve work performance and service quality.
• Oversee the serving area and resolve customer complaints and other issues arise
• Perform same duties as staff supervised if necessary
