Duties:
- Roll, cut, mix and shape dough according to recipes to make pies, cookies, tart, and cake and any other related products and bake mixed doughs
- Operate a variety of kitchen tools and machinery, including electric mixers, pans, rolling pins, and cutting tools.
- Decorate cakes, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Work with other staff
- Ensure product schedule for quality and quantity of goods
- Develop new recipes
- Ensure baking supplies are always in stock
- Train new baker staff
