Tokyo Joe’s Sushi Factory in Richmond, BC is looking for a high qualified Japanese cook.
Requirements:
Over 3 years of experience in Japanese food cooking is required
Completion of high school education is required
Basic English speaking is required and Korean will be an asset
Wage: C$ 15.00 / hour with 40 hours working / week including 10 paid holidays per year
Job duties:
- Plan, prepare and complete Japanese traditional and trendy fusion cuisine
- Create and develop new and trendy fusion style menu and special dishes
- Determine size of food portions display the completed foods
- Store ingredients and raw materials on proper temperature
- Oversee and train kitchen staff
- Maintain work area clean
