SUSHI HAMA in Qualicum Beach, BC is looking for an experienced Japanese cook.
Requirements:
Over 3 years of experience in commercial food cooking is required
Japanese cooking experience is an asset
Completion of high school education is required
Basic English speaking is required
Wage: C$ 13.50 / hour with 40 hours working / week including 10 paid holidays per year
Job Duties:
- Prepare, cook and complete Japanese traditional and trendy fusion cuisine
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Schedule kitchen staff and oversee kitchen operations
- Store ingredients and raw materials on proper temperature
- Maintain work area clean
