Part-time Cleaner Wanted for Residential Strata in Greater Vancouver Area
We are an expanding building maintenance company servicing residential strata facilities throughout the lower mainland.
Availability [various shift position]:
• Saturday & Sunday | 4-8 hours/day
• Monday to Friday | 4 hours/day
• Monday to Friday | 8 hours/day
Duties include:
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, windows, replacing light bulbs
• Exterior walk-ways – litter pickup.
• Maintaining presentably of carpeted areas and tiled floors.
• Maintaining high traffic areas such as: lobbies, hallways, restrooms, fitness rooms, amenity rooms, parkade, foyer, stairwells, elevators
Our ideal new hire will:
• Be experienced and possess an eye for detail
• Have good understanding of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Be reliable, punctual, dependable, and show initiative
• Maintain longevity within our company
• Have a positive and friendly attitude
• Be email and text message savvy
We provide our staff with:
• $11 - $11.50 /hour STARTING wage
