Part-time Cleaner Wanted for Residential Strata in Greater Vancouver Area
We are an expanding building maintenance company servicing residential strata facilities throughout the lower mainland.
Availability [various shift position]:
Saturday & Sunday | 4-8 hours/day
Monday to Friday | 4 hours/day
Monday to Friday | 8 hours/day
Duties include:
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, windows, replacing light bulbs
Maintaining presentably of carpeted areas and tiled floors.
Exterior walk-ways – litter pickup.
Maintaining high traffic areas such as: lobbies, hallways, restrooms, fitness rooms, amenity rooms, parkade, foyer, stairwells, elevators
Our ideal new hire will:

Have good understanding of cleaning supplies and equipment
Be reliable, punctual, dependable, and show initiative

Have a positive and friendly attitude

We provide our staff with:
$11 - $11.50 /hour starting wage
