Our Public Sector Client requires an Intermediate Courseware Developer (5+ years) to work closely with project team to support development and implementation of training strategies and products to support the SMI solution.

- Perform needs assessment/analysis for training purposes.
- Plan and monitor training projects.
- Perform job, task, and/or content analysis.
- Write criterion-referenced, performance-based objectives.
- Recommend instructional media and strategies.
- Develop performance measurement standards.
- Develop training materials.
- Prepare end-users for implementation of courseware materials.
- Communicate effectively by visual, oral, and written form with individuals, small group, and in front of large audiences.
- 5 years in the last 10 performing the following:
- Developing Information Management (IM) training
documents - Tailoring IM training documents to audience needs
- Delivering IM training in-person or virtually
- Developing Information Management (IM) training
- 5 years in the last 10 years developing hands-on or virtual classroom Information Management (IM) software functionality awareness training materials for a five hundred (500) or more end-user base, for at least one (1) of the following technical environments:
- OpenText LiveLink (all versions);
- GCDocs /OpenText Content Server (all versions);
- Microsoft SharePoint (2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019); or
- Other enterprise-level content management solutions (i.e. MS365).
- A Diploma, Degree, or Certification from a recognized training institution in a field relevant to information management, training and
instructional design or another relevant field
- More than 10 years of experience under M2, delivering instructor lead, hands-on or virtual classroom training sessions for any of the following:
- OpenText LiveLink
- OpenText Content Server
- Microsoft SharePoint (2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019)
- One of the following certs:
- Microsoft Certified Educator (MCE)
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
- AIIM Certified Information Professional
