Dream Vacation Architect Inc. a full service travel agency and tour Company. The company’s growth plans include the development of their inbound travel tours to Chinese tourists. It is anticipated that this growing market will increase tremendously. To help take advantage of the opportunity to prosper from this lucrative market, the company is need of a highly experienced Tour & Travel Manager- China). This position is responsible for developing and overseeing the sales, marketing, and tour planning operations of the department to Mandarin and Cantonese clientele.

Minimum experience required: 
5 years
Qualifications required: 
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in travel/tour company and industry is required
• Completion of studying in tourism field is an asset
• Have full knowledge and comprehension of all tour and service products for designing effective sales tactics, and to provide efficient sales training methods
• Having International and local tour guide experiences will be an asset
• Knowledge in Chinese culture, customs, trends, needs, and wants is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with clients, staff, management, guides, suppliers, industry colleagues, and government agencies is preferred
• Highly capable work in a stressful and pressured environment
• Must be detailed oriented and organized
• Fluency in written and verbal Mandarin or Cantonese is required
