Interior Designer
At Livingspace we are proud to be Canada’s leading resource for high end European contemporary furniture, closets, kitchens, lighting and accessories. All of which lends itself to our Interior design program. We offer full design services to our clients from concept development through to completion.
We are looking for a talented Interior Designer to work within our store as part of both the design and administration teams. An all encompassing role which will require adaptability and ability to multitask across several platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify clients needs and recommend the appropriate products for their projects.
- Site surveys and consultancy on design and layout.
- Present proposals, quotations, drawings and renderings to clients.
- Create invoices and prepare orders.
- Estimate cost of shipping and assembly and arrange as needed.
- Follow up with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Solve technical problems related to products.
Train and supervise other sales employees.
Support showroom designs with 2D and 3D drawings.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Conduct sales transactions through internet based e-commerce.
Manage and maintain e-shop.
Create, manage and release e-blast notifications
Oversee layouts for print media advertising campaigns
Manage all social media outlets.
