About Us Themis Program Management, a British Columbia company established in 1988, operates the BC Family Maintenance Enforcement Program (FMEP). We are the leading service and technology provider to the Child Support Enforcement field in Canada. We are currently accepting resumes for the Enquiry Representative position in our Kamloops office. Position As the first point of contact for the FMEP, Enquiry Representatives respond accurately to a wide range of telephone inquiries while meeting our standards for call answering, call referrals, and e-mail responses. Enquiry Representatives apply policy while directly helping clients and follow up by recording key information into our database. They also assist with administrative or clerical tasks as needed. If you are a team player who likes to help people and works collaboratively with others in a team, you will enjoy working in our contact centre. Our agents work well together and do not hesitate to help out where needed. Our Enquiry Representatives help make a difference in the lives of children and families in BC. Requirements We are looking for customer service oriented individuals who will bring: A minimum of three years of experience working with the public in a fast-paced, complex, high-volume, customer-oriented environment; A high school diploma - some post-secondary education would be an asset; Outstanding professionalism over the phone while understanding that clients are sometimes to dealing with crisis or other difficulties in their lives; Strong Microsoft Office and other technology related skills; The ability to master the essentials of data input, including basic grammar and keyboarding skills of at least 45 wpm; and The ability to adapt and change in ambiguous circumstances, to demonstrate quick thinking, easily build rapport with others, and to constantly strive to maintain the highest levels of customer service. The starting salary for this entry level position is $32,897.00 and we offer full employee benefits including MSP, extended health and dental.
