Our Food Service Supervisor will perform the following duties:
Organize and direct all the aspects of the location, ensure the restaurant operating efficiently and profitably while maintaining its reputation and ethos.
Control and maintain high standards of food, service, health and safety.
Ensure the kitchen running efficiently, manage the process of food preparation, portion, cooking and serving.
Manage staff shift schedules, monitor their performance and provide them with customer’s feedbacks.
Manage the day-to-day strategic planning in marketing and business development, make the look of outlet attractive to customers.
Control inventory and order supplies, monitor revenues and modify prices.
Resolve customer complaints and always keep high level of hospitality to customers.
Finish daily cashier closure and make sure all types of payments are received properly.
