KINBARI SUSHI in Kimberley, BC is looking for two skilled Japanese Cooks.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in commercial cooking is required
Japanese food cooking is an asset
Completion of high school education is required
Basic English speaking is required and Korean will be an asset
Wage: C$ 16.00 / hour
Working hour: 40 hours working / week including 10 paid holidays per year
Job duties:
- Plan, prepare and complete Japanese traditional and trendy fusion cuisine
- Create and develop new and trendy fusion style menu and special dishes
- Determine size of food portions
- Store ingredients and raw materials on proper temperature
- Maintain work area clean
