Sales Clerk Supervisor wanted
ECO Outdoor Sports Downtown Ltd. in Vancouver, BC is looking for a full-time high motivated and energetic Retail Sales Clerk Supervisor.
Requirements:
Over 1 year of experience in high volume retail environment
Post-secondary education is required
English speaking and a second language will be an asset
Wage: C$ 13.00 / hour
Working hours: 35 hours working / week (full-time and permanent)
Benefit: 2 weeks holidays per year, educational allowance, extended health benefits
Job duties:
- Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
- Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
- Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
- Resolve problems related with customer service and staff management
- Control inventory and order merchandise
- Be responsible for on the floor coaching and motivating the staff
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Hire and train sales staff.
