More specifically, the TPM is responsible for technology assessment, competitive analysis, win/Loss analysis, creating technical marketing documentation, monitoring industry innovations, defining user personas for individual products, creating and managing product contracts with development teams, writing business requirements, creating and revising high-level specifications and user scenarios, monitoring product-oriented projects, supporting the organization on technical questions and delivery of technical content (collaterals, presentations...), collecting enhancements requested by partners and customers. |
