The Investment Representative is a trusted financial advisor who provides advice to our clients based on their needs and is responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to RBC’s client retention and loyalty. You will be responsible for contacting RBC "existing" clients in a contact centreenvironment to attend to all investment related inquiries; providing professional, attentive and accurate bankingservices to our clients, and demonstrating RBC Royal Bank’s four essentials of customer care at all times.

Detailed description:
• Through active listening and understanding provides appropriate solutions to clients and deliver a superior clientexperience. • Contact RBC clients and provide Investment solutions and financial advice. • Demonstrates commitment to take ownership of client problems at first point of contact ensuring, when necessary, the escalation process is followed. • Responds to client requests beyond the primary purpose of the campaign. • Assisting clients with the processing of financial transactions.

- Possession of a valid Mutual Funds (IFIC) license OR successfully completed the course

- Customer service skills and sales experience are strong assets
