Description générale des tâches / General Job description ·Place purchase orders for industrial components· Expedite purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery for all contractual deliverables · Manage quality aspect of purchase orders according to contractual standards.· Manage inventory levels· Lead payment according to purchase orders and progressstatus.· Manage supplier fufillment· Track documentation deliveries from suppliers (invoices, drawings, spare part lists, QA docs, POD etc.) · Support project management in RFQ process. · Communicate project / design changes to suppliers and get cost and cycle impact to be approved by project management · Report out progress status to internal customers (project management, engineering, etc). · Participate to supplier scorecards evaluation. · Update all related tools to reflect exact progress status. · Support site personnel with the field issues of material shortages and deliveries.
Exigence du poste / Requirements ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- English is a must- 4 years of experience in sourcing, finance, manufacturing, engineering or operations.- Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings- Knowledge of BOM structures fulfillment, and third party coordination- Knowledge in gas turbine, air filtration equipment, or equivalent- BA/BS (Technical or Business Degree preferred). - Industrial equipment (with functional specs) experience. - Ability to work in matrix organization- Strong quantitative and analytical skills. - Intermediate to advance level of excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup, Filters, Unique Identifier, Macro…)- Database experience- ERP implementation is a plus
