Main functions:	Logistec is looking for a motivated person to join its team in Sept-Îles. This management position combines technical operations challenges as well as management challenges. Under the supervision of the general manager Your contribution to the Sept-Îles and Logistec team • Manage stevedoring and terminal operations e fficiently; • Act as reference person for superintendents; • Oversee the costs of all operations; • Manage labour relations in a dynamic and proactive manner; • Prepare proposals and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers; • Participate in developing the market; • Enforce health and safety regulations in the work environment.
