C'est le plus grand syndicat de copropriété au Québec servant les copropriétaires des 417 unités. Vous travaillerez dans un immeuble de 28 étages avec sous-sols. Vous aiderez le surintendant en chef dans la coordination et la supervision des entreprises de services qui Ã..."uvrent dans l'enceinte du bâtiment et vous effectuerez des travaux de réfection et réparations divers. Responsabilités attendues : Ronde quotidienne incluant les aires communes, les chambres mécaniques et électriques et les lieux publics tels que la piscine, la mezzanine et les diverses salles de travail afin de compléter un rapport d'inspection et noter les non conformités. Effectuer des réparations mineures (ou plus importantes en fonction des compétences techniques) et informer le surintendant en chef de toute anomalie ou réparation requise. Effectue des travaux d'entretien courants ou à la suite d'un sinistre tels que la peinture, réparation de gypse et systèmes de sécurité tels que les clés et serrures. Effectuer les inspections prévues dans le carnet d'entretien et inspecter les travaux effectués par les entreprises externes ayant un contrat de service avec le Syndicat. Veiller au respect des normes et procédures et des règlements de l'immeuble lors d'interventions externes. Faire le suivi des problématiques rencontrées par les copropriétaires et résidents de l'immeuble avec la direction générale. Expérience recherchée : Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en entretien de bâtiment en entreprise Expérience dans les réparations mineures (peinture, gypse, etc.) Capable de communiquer en français et/ou en anglais Horaire de travail et flexibilité : de jour et en semaine - se rendre disponible hors des heures régulières pour la gestion d'urgence (ex. sinistre), le temps de déplacement et le kilométrage seront rémunérés. |
