Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the company for smooth and efficient client servicing and working relationship with associates with respect to all Core as well as allied Legal Services.
• Plan and organize the standard working procedures for case processing
• Support and advise case processing and client servicing team for high quality service delivery to clients and business referral associates in Canada and around the world.
• Suggest the management about various ways of service quality assessment so that to meet the critical deadlines
• Plan, administer and assist in controlling operating and marketing budgets
• Represent the company within various stake group holders such as Professional Groups, Student Associations etc.
• Assist staff with administrative or technical problems especially when serving overseas markets.
• Any other related tasks
