Detailed description: 
Perform a combination of sales & executive duties for the President and her direct sales force, including but not limited to:
• Make daily sales calls for sales divisions
• Coordinate Sales Meetings and prepare packages
• Assist in all sales events, expos, workshops preparation and soliciting
• Update & Maintain CRM database
• Audit and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales report
• Audit and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly compliance report
• Audit and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly commissions report
• Audit, maintain, all deal files when deemed necessary
• Prepare divisional documents, sales packages, signing packages when deemed necessary
• Co-ordinate all fulfillment, but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing and couriering all sales & executive documents
• Research, co-ordinate and book all-important appointments for President
• Prepare presentations for President
• Assist present in personal tasks and errands when deemed necessary
• Co-ordinate and manage President’s daily calendar for a productive and efficient day
• Daily filing, organization, and sorting required for highly sensitive sales documents
• Responsible for year-end division audit
• Greet clients when deemed necessary
• Compile, copy, sort, and file records of sales activities & executive business transactions
• Compute, record and proof read data and other information as deemed necessary
• Research and prepare feasibility studies when required
• Answer general phone inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate person
• Prepare Daily Office sales & executive communications
• Responsible in troubleshooting all minor IT & Phone Issues
• Review office organization, filing systems and procedures and improve where necessary
• Support Management in project executions
• Administrative support (word processing, preparation of business correspondence, spreadsheet preparation etc.)
• Create policies and manuals with supervision from management
• Calendar management for entire company
• Audit and review sensitive financial documents
• Assist in planning the following meetings, quarterly, yearly AGM & Sales Meeting

Qualifications required: 
• Entry level position
• Must be able to work in a fast pace and changing environment
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field required preferably Sales, Economics, and/or Marketing
• Must have excellent auditing, financials and decision makings skills,
• Must be highly professional and quality focussed
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Sales company required
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales office an asset
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to express ideas and procedures clearly and concisely; ability to work with highly sensitive information.
• Interpersonal Skills - A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required to be an effective subject matter expert in the position. In-depth dialogues, conversations and explanations with employees, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature are a normal part of the day-to-day experience. Communications can involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance.
• Advanced in Excel and other MS Office Software & ability to type >55 WPM
• Solution-focused, takes initiative to work effectively within established guidelines
• Must have excellent sales skills over the phone, in person and in email writing
• Must be able to reach all deadlines in an environment that does not provide frequent extensions
• Must have some type of telemarketing or general sales experience
• Must be Organized with the ability to work well under pressure, multi task and prioritize tasks
• Ability to adopt and follow current company processes and system that are in place
• Ability to work independently with management oversight
• Must have own vehicle
• Must be willing to work late when necessary
• Willing to work alternate shifts (evening/weekends)
