Montreal Neon Signs Inc. , is an international Sign Company providing exterior and interior Signage solutions. Our headquarters and manufacturing plant is established in Laval, Quebec with offices located in Chicago Illinois and Ottawa Ontario.
Thanks to our expertise we develop, manufacturer and install Signs for all different type of industries such as corporate, retail, hospitality, financial and large shopping centers across North America and overseas. We’re looking for a “Senior Sales Manager” to work at our Ottawa, Ontario office that will be serving new as well as existing Fortune 1000 organizations, on an international basis.
As a Montreal Neon Signs Senior Sales Manager, you will be reporting directly to the president and you must have a strong management and entrepreneurial background in electrical outdoor products and experience with dealing in the US and European market. You will be responsible to follow-up leads as well as manage and grow our current customer base.

Manage a team of project managers and installation managers to develop and follow work plans, project schedules, estimates, budgets. Ensure the proper communication is executed between project team members, customers, and partners.
Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff
Represent the company or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company, in negotiations or other official functions.
Establish sales objectives for the company and formulate or approve policies and programs
Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments.
Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs; establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall personnel planning.
Retaining and increasing revenue of existing accounts.
Analyze initial sales and technical information, preparing proposals, product presentations, as well as general sales activity.

Maintaining the high quality of Montreal Neon Signs, Inc.’s ethical standards in presentations, proposals, and overall representation of the company, including professional image and appearance.
