- Dexterity, performing repeated tasks, working in a refrigerated environment, in a standing position, good physical shape;
- Workers must speak and understand English
- Participate in a training session in English and must pass a test on GMP practices, with a grade of at least 70%. NOTE: If the worker fails this test, he/she will have a second chance to do it again the same day, with the support of the trainer.
- Workers are to be flexible with their schedules
