• Experience to migrate configuration to subsequent environments in a controlled manner using TrackWise Migrator.
• Experience with performing TrackWise software and/or database upgrades.
• Experience with maintaining interfaces between TrackWise and other systems.
• Experience in developing technical solutions using the core TrackWise product and utilities, Create workflows, User administration etc.
• Knowledge of SQL/Oracle database is preferred.
• Good knowledge of GxP.

Detailed description:

• Use the business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in defining and reviewing requirements for the application.
• Conduct workshops to validate the configuration design and explore TrackWise gap resolution options based on industry best practices and business process reengineering and streamlining.
• Lead change management actions to assure the business smoothly adapts to the new processes supported.
• Perform business requirement analysis, system design, configuration development, validation testing, and deployment of TrackWise workflow improvements and/or implementations
• Perform business requirement analysis, system design, configuration development, validation testing, and deployment of Crystal Reports for TrackWise and other systems.
• Perform TrackWise software and/or database upgrades.
• Maintain interfaces between TrackWise and other systems.
• Validating the design with the stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the requirements.
• Participating in transitioning the local designs to the programmers, and ensures a clear and complete understanding of the designs.
• Develop technical solutions using the core TrackWise product and utilities, Create workflows, User administration etc.
• Migrate configuration to subsequent environments in a controlled manner using TW Migrator.
• Data uploads/changes using the import utilities
• Support interfaces with external systems
• Assist Account Executives in information gathering, analysis of business/user/functional requirements, including business processes, standard operating procedures, workflows, and other documents, which would assist in best understanding of upcoming business opportunities.
• Engage in direct dialogue with prospective as well as current customers surrounding their needs and requirements for TrackWise based solutions, with focus on quality management in every aspect of the business.
• Lead industry and process based workshops to further define the customer’s needs and wants in a solution. Architect and configure the solution using TrackWise and our other strategic products.
• Prepare or guide the preparation of high quality configured demo databases for product demonstrations to key accounts including all requisite data.
• Assist or lead in responding to customer inquiries and requests for information (e.g., list of e-mailed questions, questions posed to sales representative at a meeting).
• Maintain and fulfill continuous improvement' functions on standard sales demo databases and Power Point presentations, etc. Keep these up to date and current with new features and acquired knowledge.
• Assist marketing and sales ops in providing technical and product information for formal requests for information and proposals, and for marketing material.
• Potential speaker at industry and trade events
