requires two (2) Network Technicians
on a permanent full-time basis.
Salary $29.50 per hour/40 hours per week.
The ideal candidate/s should have 1 - 2 years previous experience as a Network Technician.
Job Duties
• Installation of all hardware and software with regards to computers systems networking and related systems.
• General Maintenance and Troubleshooting of the networks and related systems.
• Provide problem-solving services to customers and their network users.
• Install and Test the Network Security software if and when needed.
• Implement network traffic and security monitoring software, and optimize server performance.
• Prepare daily reports on work orders & service tickets and provide feedback to the owner.
• Make suggestions and recommendations for improving service standards.
• Supervise installers and other junior staff on site.
• All other related tasks.
