Successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience and must have excellent organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities to include:
• Daily supervision of all site operations and overseeing of site staff and subtrades, including management and maintenance of all regulated site safety policies.
• Maintain MOL Safety Documentation.
• Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress.
Experience with job costing and estimation and preparation of bid packages for subtrades an asset. Excellent salary and work environment with opportunity for advancement.
