1) Supervise, coordinate and schedule roasting coffee bean for all usages: in-store, retail and wholesale
2) Cup (tasting the roasted coffee bean) every batches of roasted bean to insure the quality and taste
3) Supervise full cleaning of the roaster and chimney once every month as well as general maintenance of the roaster
4) Make final decision in regards to which coffee bean to order and requisition after samplings
5) Manage and record amount of green bean used and produced to match their amounts with roasted bean during the month
6) Be in charge of training sessions for roasters in their duties, safety procedures and company policy and baristas in theoretical practice of different type of coffee brewing machines
7) Be in charge of hiring roasting staffs and evaluation for promotions
8) Find work problems and recommend solutions to improve productivity, if needed
9) Conduct regular meeting to report and discuss about the productions with management
