• Ensure safe preparation of food and beverage ingredients including temperature recording
• Following standards of Dana Hospitality
• Ambassador of goodwill, ethics, and great customer relations at all times
• Skills in service at each service station
• Ensure correct and efficient order completion
• Comply with maintenance of food rotation to minimize spoilage
• Adherence to policies and standards as outlined in the Dana Hospitality Employee Handbook
• Adherence to workplace safety and food safety/sanitation regulations
