Main Duties:
Responsible for providing all daily care for an 66 year old elderly female with physical disabilities.
Administer bedside and personal care such as aid in bathing, personal hygiene, dressing and undressing.
Plan and prepare nutritious and healthy meals.
Assist with walking, she is high risk of falling.
Assist with all mobility and motor skill related tasks.
Responsible for performing some routine health-related duties and assisting in administrating medication and keeping records of medication schedule.
Some light housekeeping, and duties such as laundry, washing dishes and making beds.
Provide companionship.
Must also be comfortable providing animal Care such as feeding cleaning and walking of pets.
Must be able to speak Punjabi, as client does not speak English.
Must have at least 5 years of experience caring for an elderly individual with physical disabilities.
