DEAN Group is hiring for a Bilingual Recruiter to assist with our client in Guelph and source in the Quebec market for approximately a 3 month contract opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Source candidates for different positions in Quebec - within sales, marketing, operations, production groups
Pre-screen candidates – screening questions will be provided by client
Partner with the HR Coordinator/HR Manager in Quebec to present top candidates in progress

Detailed description: 
3 to 5 years end to end recruiting experience for all levels from entry level roles to senior management
Significant experience conducting competency and behavioral based interviews
Proficient knowledge of the talent market and how to use this data to understand candidate trends, and making correlations between competencies and success
Strong knowledge of current government legislation as it pertains to recruitment and selection
Proven consulting, relationship management and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain open and honest relationships with employees and management
Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize multi-task and provide accurate and timely information
Must be fluently bilingual –English and French (written and oral communication skills)
