1 Permanent Full Time Quality Control Technician (NOC 2233) position available at TURN-O-MATIC Screwmachine & Cold Head Products Ltd located at 6815 Rexwood Road, Unit 9B & 10, Mississauga, ON L4V 1S4
Main Duties Include:
Read and interpret drawings, engineering specifications, as well as Geometric Dimensions and Tolerance (GDT).
Must perform quality assurance inspections every 30 minutes, and submit the collected data to management with recommendations if necessary.
Responsible for analyzing the received raw materials, in process and manufactured products using Vernier Calli per and Micrometer to the accuracy of +0.005.
Assist in the development of estimates, schedules, specifications and reports.
Help develop manufacturing and processing procedures, set machines and equipment controls, oversee production and inspect the manufacturing process.
Wage Rate:
$25.25 per hour, 40 hours weekly
Education and Experience Requirements:
College Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
1+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role
