requires two (2) Senior Mechanic/Technician
on a permanent full-time basis.
Wage: $28.00 per hour/40 hours per week.
The ideal candidate must have 4 - 5 years previous experience as a Senior Mechanic/Technician.
Job Duties:
• Install, test, align, dismantle and move Embroidery Machines according to layout plans using hand and power tools.
• Operate hoisting and lifting devices to position machinery and parts during the installation, set-up and repair of Embroidery Machines.
• Inspect and examine the Embroidery Machinery and equipment to modify functions according to clients’ requirements and specifications.
• Install and troubleshoot Embroidery Machinery and program the necessary controls.
• Adjust and repair or replace defective Embroidery Machinery parts.
• Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on Embroidery Machines.
• Refurbish Embroidery Machines prior to installation using hand and power tools.
• Create and run embroidery files for use on embroidery machine.
• Setup machine and test operation of all components.
• Train and instruct clients on operation of Embroidery Machinery.
