They are stable and looking to expand their customer base as the new automotive age arrives.A recent promotion now Working with the in house and corporate management team,you will develop and implement the business operating plan while setting the direction for each department and define goals and targets to achieve customer satisfaction and quality.
You will lead Continuous Improvement teams and develop cross-functional expertise in these teams to develop a thorough understanding of the process and the "big picture"for all levels of employee;lead these teams to reach for excellence and achieve all targets for the facility ; work with production team leaders to ensure positive employee and union relations,assist and work with production on paint related trials and customer issues and monitor goals/targets with periodic reviews ;and lead by example with compliance to TS/ISO standards plus obvious work and business ethics.
Requirements include a minimum of 5 -7years plant/operations management(automotive),knowledge/experience in paint systems applications,
strong business know-how including understanding of financial targets and automotive processes.Experience in LEAN manufacturing or similar world class manufacturing technigues,and a
management style that encourages and mentors the group to achieve .
