Our valued Public Sector client requires a Senior Business Analyst to work on a RecordKeeping system within M365 for a new Information management initiative within a secure federal environment..

Our public client is in the process of implementing Recordkeeping (RK) and Information Management capabilities within Microsoft 365. The changes to the platform will enable our client to meet the Standard on Systems that Manage Information and Data.

Must Haves

• Secret Security Clearance
• Bilingual (English & French)
• 4+ Years working in an M365 Project or combined MS SharePoint and MS Teams project
• 4+ years working within a Security focused environment.

Nice to Have
6+ years experience with MS Visio

Tasks
The Business Analyst's activities may include, but may not be limited to, the following tasks:

• Consult external stakeholders
• Elicit, define, document, or update business rules and requirements documentation associated with IM systems or tools.
• Develop and update use case specifications and diagrams to describe the actions associated with IM systems or tools.
• Develop test plans, acceptance test criteria, and test scripts for acceptance testing associated with IM systems or tools.
• Develop training and awareness materials and documentation (guides and FAQs) associated with IM systems or tools.
• Develop communication and change management products associated with IM systems or tools.
• Support Project Management activities associated with the development and maintenance of IM systems or tools, including contributing to project plans and lessons learned.
