The Position will....
• Ensure safe preparation of food and beverage ingredients including temperature recording
• Following standards of Dana Hospitality and Tim Horton’s (if applicable)
• Ambassador of goodwill, ethics, and great customer relations at all times
• Skills in service at each service station
• Ensure correct and efficient order completion
• Handle cash operations for the cafe, accurately inputting customer orders and receiving payment
• Handle cash float, ensuring all money is accounted for and properly tracked
• Comply with maintenance of food rotation to minimize spoilage
• Adherence to policies and standards as outlined in the Dana Hospitality Employee Handbook
• Adherence to workplace safety and food safety/sanitation regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
The competencies and qualifications needed...
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Certifications as required to comply with local Health codes
• Ability to lift (50lb.), pull & push heavy loads & be exposed to extreme temperatures
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English
• Able to follow directions
• Able to work successfully in a fast-paced work environment
